Depuis 10 ans, le Jazz OFF créé une ambiance particulière dans la ville pendant la semaine du festival.
Le public déambule et vient rechercher cette ambiance intimiste, se laisse envahir par les notes jazzy et quelques moments uniques au plus près des artistes.
